Peter Donohue Ltd was founded in 1969 by Peter Donohue and the company is now run by his son Paul. The company has nearly 50 years of successful trading in supplying haulage/storage services to the rendering and other relevant industries.
We have for many years supplied transport logistic, warehousing and storage services. In 2008, we further diversified the business by opening a Vehicle Test Centre and providing Tachograph Calibration Services. The garage provides vehicle repairs and servicing and operates a break-down call-out service. We have the facilities to cater for both light and heavy commercial vehicles.
Peter Donohue Ltd. is based in New Inn village, which is located approximately 20 miles east of Galway. The company employs 25 people on a full time basis, with part time staff employed seasonally. In 2012, the company was awarded ISO 9001:2008 Quality status, and also holds a current Tax Clearance Cert, Waste Permit and International Haulage License.
VEHICLE REPAIRS
We have a team of mechanics who are experienced on both HGV and LGV vehicles repairs. Our workshop is equipped to cater for all vehicle sizes, from small cars and vans right up to large HGV’s like trailers and buses. Among the services we provide are Diagnostics and Quarterly Maintenance checks on vehicles.
TACHOGRAPH CALIBRATION
We are an NSAI Authorised workshop for Vehicle Weight Plates, Speed Limiters and Tachograph Calibrations. We cover both analogue and digital tachograph calibrations.
